DESCRIPTION:The Studio is a peer group where staff from nearly 100 INN member newsrooms meet monthly to identify critical audiences issues across the Network and form working groups to research\, experiment and collaborate on solutions. \nAt 12 p.m. ET on Sept. 22\, we’ll meet to discuss what working groups we should create for the next cycle and welcome new members. \nAfter working groups are set\, we ask members to pick a group and commit for a three month cycle and contribute to shared research and experiments. Working groups meet at least once a month and projects typically require less than an hour a week of active work time. \nIn the past\, the Studio groups have identified why newsletter engagement suddenly dropped for many INN members\, experimented with social media conversion tactics and built better metrics.
