Most strategic plans live on a shelf instead of guiding organizational decision-making. INN's chief knowledge officer, Fran Scarlett, designs and facilitates strategic action planning sessions that result in actionable steps intended to move organizations from where they are to where they want to be. The result of a strategic action plan are prioritized strategies, tactics, resource allocation needs and implementation timelines, essentially the operational roadmap that steers your organization to the next level of growth.
