Erica works on development and fundraising initiatives for INN’s NewsMatch program, the largest collaborative fundraising campaign for journalism in the U.S. Before joining INN, she worked on the private fundraising team at Internews where her portfolio was focused on their U.S. program, Listening Post Collective (LPC). Her fundraising career includes work with several civil rights based organizations that advocate for everything from voting rights to digital equity. She grew up outside of Baltimore and is currently based in Washington, D.C., where she has lived since attending George Washington University.
