INN is the essential backbone for its member newsrooms. It strengthens the field through rigorous vetting of all members and effective training and capacity building programs like NewsMatch, which deepens community support for nonprofit newsrooms and enables them to be resilient year after year. Over 90% of INN newsrooms are still in business five years after launch.
