Representatives respond to Hotline emails and phone calls within 24 hours. 

Additional services: From time to time, employers may call the hotline with a question or situation that is too complex to be able to properly answer in a Hotline context. For those situations, additional consulting services are available to clients on an hourly basis.

Rate: Ignite HR Solutions offers INN members 50% off hotline services ($250 per month for up to five calls per month). Additional consulting services are billed at $175 per hour (discounted for nonprofits from the standard hourly rate of $200).
