ProJourn’s services include:

• Pre-publication review: Attorneys can review reporting — written articles, podcast episodes, or videos — and provide legal guidance to help mitigate liability.
• Operations-related legal needs: Attorneys can offer free assistance with employment, governance, and other business-related legal needs to help ensure newsrooms become and remain sustainable.
• Public records access: Get support in writing clear public records requests that are compliant with existing laws. In some cases, attorneys working with ProJourn can provide legal support in pursuing the request, including in court.
