About the speaker

With 20-years’ experience in human resources, Marla Jones-Newman has worked in the DEIB world since before the racial awakening, creating programs and initiatives that increase diversity hiring by creating and implementing training, providing manager coaching and supporting affinity groups in various industries. Marla is a firm believer in psychological safety and creating working environments that are inclusive and conducive for everyone. Marla also uses her previous experience with Fortune 50 companies to shape best practices in her work.
