INN hosts two types of portals through our login page:
1. Member organization profile – this is the main account for all memberships
2. Personal profiles (also known as individuals) – individuals are all staff of member organizations
What’s the difference between these accounts?
Member organization profiles control all information and activities related to INN Members. Through this portal, you can pay dues, add staff, update member primary information such as logos, mission statements, etc.
Member profiles are provided once you are accepted as an INN Member. We will send you your member organization login credentials. No additional registration is required.
Personal profiles provide individual access to each organization employee. Through this portal, staff can update their own personal information and log in to the INN website for exclusive resources. Personal profiles do not have access to pay fees or dues for their member organization. You must be logged in as the Member Organization to have that access.
Personal/Individual profiles are created in two ways:
Your organization’s primary contact has provided your information, or
PLEASE NOTE: Both accounts allow access to the member resource center.
How to tell if you’re in the correct profile:
If you see your personal name in the greeting above instead of your member organization name, this means you are logged into your individual account. Sometimes when logging in, our system may recognize an email or username as the primary contact for your membership organization OR you may log in as yourself when you meant to log into the member organization portal. We apologize for the confusion! If this happens, please make sure you have the correct log in information and determine whether you need to make changes to the membership profile or your individual account.
To make sure you are in the correct account, please note the following:
you are the primary contact for your membership – membership accounts are directly connected to the primary contact’s email address
you choose COMPANY constituent when logging and NOT INDIVIDUAL – Membership employees all have their own personal profile, including those marked as the primary contact; our system may recognize your information for both accounts.
