Peter Heckendorn works with member newsrooms to grow and deepen their audiences. Peter comes to INN having worked with nonprofit news organizations from New York City to Anchorage, including the Alaska Current, the Daily Yonder, the 5BORO Institute and the New York Editorial Board. Prior to his journalism career, Peter managed local political campaigns across Alaska and he studied mathematics at Pomona College.
