A confidential Legal Hotline where SPLC attorneys answer media law questions and provide prepublication review.
A network of 250+ pro-bono attorneys on call to assist with legal matters from open-records denials to defamation.
A library of guides and teaching materials covering a wide range of media-law topics including copyright, libel, privacy and access issues.
About: The Student Press Law Center promotes, supports and defends the rights of student journalists and their advisers at the high school and college levels. Founded in 1974, SPLC is the only organization in the U.S. devoted to providing free legal help and information to student journalists.
