Alyia Paulding is the Director of Membership and Development at PublicSource, cultivating relationships with donors and funders. A native Pittsburgher, Alyia is energized by nonprofit news’ potential to spur progress, increase equity, and build connection. Alyia has nearly 20 years of experience working in the nonprofit field to capture impact, mobilize support, and inspire action. Alyia was named an emerging leader in U.S. nonprofit news in 2023 with their inclusion in INN’s Emerging Leaders Council. Alyia also earned the GPC (Grant Professional Certified) credential in 2023.
