About Anna Brugmann

Anna Brugmann is the director of policy at Rebuild Local News. She’s covered county government, education and health care for local publications in Florida and Missouri. She studied the intersection of antitrust policy and the local press while an intern at Open Markets Institute and her journalism has appeared in the Washington Post and Washington Monthly. Brugmann has also studied audience trust and taught media literacy while a Peace Corps volunteer in Albania.
