The Nonprofit News Awards (or INNYs) honor excellence in journalism, leadership and community service across the field of nonprofit news. In 2026, INN received 563 entries and gave out 26 awards and $24,000 in prize money across 11 categories. A total of 72 judges, including nationally recognized journalists from across the INN Network and other news organizations, formed panels to carefully evaluate each entry.
